I previously bought a pair of customised converse with my wedding date on from Kate but due to the coronavirus my wedding got rearranged. I got in contact with Kate to enquire about having the date amended on the shoes and she was absolutely brilliant. Kate got back to me straight away and explained what would be involved and the small risk involved in removing the glitter. I was happy to go ahead however and it didn’t take long before Kate had repaired the shoes and sent them back to me. All in all it took about 2 weeks to send the shoes back to Kate, her to amend them and then send back to me. I am over the moon with the finish of the new glitter date you can’t tell it’s been changed at all!! Thank you Kate! You’re brilliant
